He asks probing questions and provides good insight on the pros and cons of each option. This led to us coming up with a design that was functional, within budget, and exactly what we envisioned. HC provided fantastic connections to key suppliers for our kitchen and bath cabinets, and our living room build ins. These suppliers also helped in the specific design options and were equally attentive to developing a vision. We had one change order for a large kitchen light fixture and Ryan worked with the electrician to minimize the cost for this.
